Who are your pilots?

With us, you only fly with vetted, experienced, and well-rested pilots. Our third-party operating partners employ pilots that have flown thousands of passengers on commercial, military, and private flights. They enforce strict safety protocols before and during each flight - but are also passionate about providing you with a fantastic flying experience. Of course, all of the captains hold an airline transport pilot license and we require that your flight is serviced with two experienced pilots in the cockpit.

Can you provide me with a dedicated account manager?

How experienced are you?

Which in-flight services can you offer on my flight?

Jet charters provide more comfort, convenience, flexibility, and luxury to travellers. One of the main reasons for that is the ability to tailor the in-flight services to meet (almost) all of your demands. We can usually arrange for you to use the cabin as a flying office (or even a conference room). You can choose to bring your pet on board or to order your favourite delicacies when selecting the catering options.

Can you arrange for an in-flight WiFi and phone service?

Depending on the chosen aircraft, you might be able to stay connected via the Internet or phone service. The WiFi usage is charged by the used megabytes and is usually different for each aircraft.

Question 7

How much luggage can I bring?

Accepted Answer

Typically, you will be able to bring much more luggage than on commercial flights. The standard baggage allowance per person is one (1) 30-pound bag plus one (1) personal item. Certain aircraft operators have adjusted the baggage capacity to carry more than the standard allowance. However, if you wish to carry an amount of luggage greater than the standard allowance, let us know and we’ll try to make it happen. If the aircraft can’t be loaded with the extra luggage, we can always ship it separately to the desired destination. If you have special requests (such as flying with oversized luggage), just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. Keep in mind that the same rules considering the prohibited items apply when flying privately.

What are your catering options?

You decide whether you want catering onboard or not. We can usually meet any kind of catering requests, including gourmet meals and special dietary menus. We can also prepare a variety of refreshing beverages, making your flying experience just perfect.

Can I bring my pet on board?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We believe your pet should be treated as a family member and not a piece of luggage. This is why you will (typically) be able to bring your pet with you to the aircraft cabin. With Abeona, you will never again have to stay separated from your furry friend, even if you’re just going away for a 10-day holiday!

Do you arrange charters for larger groups?

Of course! If you need to organize a business meeting or a conference, fly on a tour, or go to any kind of private event (such as a wedding) - with a group of 10+ people, we can help! With our flexible flying options, booking a group charter jet becomes a smart and cost-effective solution. Also, stress-free! Since flying privately is far more flexible than flying via commercial airlines, it is often possible for us to make last-minute changes. However, the sooner you let us know of the changes you’d like to request, the higher the chances that we’ll be able to respond positively.
