Use and Disclosure of Personal Information 

 

When you make a private charter inquiry with Abeona, we only collect the personal information which is necessary in order for us to contact you and provide our services. We do not share personal information with third parties until you confirm by signature the acceptance of an Air Charter Agreement unless we are required by law to do so. Once you sign the charter contract you authorize Abeona to collect and share the personal information of those who will be on board the aircraft, along with any other details we are required to collect, for the aircraft operator including their flight crew. The aircraft operator requires the personal information of all individuals, as well as information on any pets, who will be on board their aircraft for security purposes, and if applicable, for customs and immigration purposes where flights cross international borders. Your information could be shared with government bodies responsible for ensuring aviation security and the integrity of customs and immigration laws.

Retention of Personal Information

Personal information collected by Abeona is retained for as long as it is reasonably required for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law, following which it is securely destroyed or made anonymous. If you withdraw your consent to our retaining your personal information, we will advise you as to the consequences, if any, of your doing so.

Abeona takes reasonable precautions and follows industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We cannot ensure the security of the information you transmit to us over the Internet.
